Recently my nail polish collection, increased. I kept them in a drawer and I found it difficult to pick up the one I needed.

I was looking for a solution when I came across an old wooden cutlery holder. I was about to give it away when I had an idea! What if I was to paint it and use it as a nail polish display? So I did and this is the result.

I used a quick set white paint spray and after 30 minutes I sprayed it again. Then I nailed two brackets on the back and hung it on the wall. The brackets helped to make it stable so the nail polishes don’t fell off.  In an hour everything was ready and very soon the nail polishes were on their place.

I am quite happy with the results and mostly for the fact that I can pick up the right colour straight away.
