Materials

• 1 egg
• A can of spray, the colour you like
• Felt
• Glue
• One 3.5cm high x 8cm diameter tube (I used one from an empty tape)
• One 8.5cm in diameter foam cylinder
• Embellishments

Instructions

 

1.       Make 2 small holes on each side of the egg and blow out the      yolk. Wash the egg. Take care because it is very fragile.

2.       Spray the egg with the paint, let it dry completely and spray it again. Let it dry.

3.       Decorate the egg as you like.

4.       Cover completely the tube with felt. You can use glue to do this.

5.       Cover the foam completely with felt. You might need to keep it in place with a few stitches, because glue doesn’t work on foam.

6.       Glue the covered foam on top of the cylinder.

7.       Glue the egg on top.

Your hat is ready!
