This year I decided for the Christmas tree to create a few felt ornaments

Here is my felt mermaid.

 

If you would like to make your own felt mermaid, here is the pattern.

Here is a picture of the cut felt pieces.

 

Use the already made ornament as a guide. The templates are the actual size of the mermaid I made.

You can glue or sew the pieces together. I prefer to sew them. Use any colours you like.

If you don’t want to make them like stuffed toys, you can make them from soft glittery foam sheets. In this case you cut only one body part and you glue everything on it.
